Schematics Design

Analog and digital schematic capture for a wide range of applications. We design power supply topologies, analog signal conditioning and sensor interfaces, mixed-signal systems, and complex digital architectures. Designs are developed with production intent from the start — with attention to component sourcing, tolerance analysis, and design-for-test.

Precision Analog

High-performance analog circuit design for measurement, sensing, and signal processing applications. Work includes ADC and DAC interface design, anti-aliasing and reconstruction filters, low-noise and low-drift amplifier stages, precision voltage references, and instrumentation front-ends for demanding environments. We design for accuracy, noise floor, dynamic range, and long-term stability.

CPU, MCU, FPGA & High-Speed Digital Interfaces

Design and integration of processor-based systems and programmable logic. Experience spans application processors, microcontrollers, and FPGAs across multiple architecture families. High-speed interface work includes DDR memory, PCIe, USB (including SuperSpeed), Gigabit Ethernet, LVDS, and proprietary high-speed protocols. We handle both the hardware design and the associated firmware and HDL development.

PCB Layout

Custom PCBA layout for industrial and commercial products. Capabilities include multi-layer stack-up design, controlled-impedance routing, thermal management, high-density component placement, and EMC-conscious layout practices. We produce designs ready for fabrication and assembly, with complete manufacturing output packages including Gerbers, BOM, and assembly drawings.

Embedded Software Development

Full-stack firmware engineering from the ground up. We develop bare-metal and RTOS-based applications, board support packages, hardware abstraction layers, peripheral drivers, Linux kernel drivers, and application-level software. Languages and environments include C, C++, and HDL (VHDL/Verilog), with experience in Linux BSP development, bootloader customization, and real-time systems with hard timing constraints.

Prototype & Production Hardware Development

Engineering support from early prototypes through manufacturing readiness. We assist with hardware bring-up, debug, and validation, design-for-manufacturability reviews, EMC compliance testing and pre-compliance preparation, thermal characterization and testing, test fixture design, and production transition planning. Our goal is hardware that works reliably in the field — and that can be built efficiently at scale.
